Our pastured turkey is raised out on open pasture, foraging for grass and bugs alongside a natural diet, the way turkeys are meant to live. That time on pasture gives the meat a fuller flavor and a firmer texture than a store-bought bird. They are raised right here on our Mississippi Gulf Coast pastures. You can order a whole turkey for the holiday table, or by the cut: ground, breast, legs, and wings.
